FAQ’s
What should I expect during my appointment?
From the moment you arrive, you’ll be welcomed into our private luxury nail suite. Your artist will consult with you about your preferences, then pamper you with a manicure or pedicure designed to last — all in a one-on-one, relaxing setting.
Will my nails really last longer than a regular manicure?
Yes! We use premium builder gels and Luminary systems that strengthen natural nails, meaning less chipping and longer wear. Most clients enjoy 3–4 weeks of flawless nails.
I’m not sure about nail art — do I have to book it separately?
You will want to add on your level of nail art during booking. Whether you want a clean, polished look or detailed nail art, your artist can tailor your service.
Are you appointment only?
Yes, as the suite is private to you, spaces are limited and by appointment only. We recommend booking early to secure your preferred time.
